I am on GM Diet

Yes…I have tried so many, I mean sooooooooooooo manyyyyy methods to lose weight, Reduced my food intake, took so many protein shakes, drank so many diet teas..But the results were nothing, I mean NOTHING..So far I have not even lost .0000001 gms..

Now I am introduced to a new diet schedule through one of my friend..And I believe that it works..Its General Motors Diet Plan..Check more about that here..

And I am going to attempt one more step and update about the results in my blog here on day basis..May be I will get a little more energy and motivation from this and it will help me continue this diet for a long time..I have 2 months time for my marriage and I think this is the best time to start this diet..I am planning to go on this diet for 2 months, but presently my short time goal is this week..Lets succeed in it..

I am planning to start it from Monday.I have already bought my fruits and vegetables and filled my fridge..

So Now the is the schedule for GM diet..I will modify it accordingly..

Day One All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good.

Day Two All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.

Day Three A mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.

Day Four Bananas and milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This will be combined with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantities.

Day Five Today is feast day. You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef. Hamburger is OK. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.

Day Six Beef and vegetables. Today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content.

Day Seven Today your food intake will consist of brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

I will be interested to see how you get on. I have found that quite simply eating properly in small amounts works. We had a club in S.Africa called Weigh Less and it worked really well. They just put you on a sensible diet and you could eat pretty much anything but in small quantities. Good luck for the next two months :) Diane

Hey ... That's good to try stuffs... But take care that you r not starving. that may end up in stomach problems... So keep drinking lot of water.......
