GM Diet – Day 2 Update

Today is based on vegetables..I bought my favorite vegetables the day before and stocked up my fridge..I felt a little demotivated today, because I felt so bad and I wanted to eat something sweet and spicy in the afternoon..Actually speaking I felt like eating everything I see…But somehow I controlled myself and continued my diet.. Overall today is a little hectic for me..HE HE..But I succeeded in it..

The schedule insisted to take lots of tomatoes today..So i decided to go with tomato juice.

This was my menu for today

Morning – 2 small Roasted Potatoes( I covered chopped potatoes and took it in a foil, and sprinkled with some salt and pepper. Covered and baked it) with some steamed veggies from the one which I prepared for lunch.. A cup of  Tomato Juice

Lunch – Steamed Vegetables..I used Carrot, Capsicum, Cauliflower, Peas, Sweet corn, Sprouts. I steamed all of them and sauted for a min in 1 tsp of olive oil and some salt and pepper.

Evening: Tomato Juice and Cucumber.

Dinner: Steamed Veggetables, the same as lunch..

I drank around 2 liters of water..It got reduced by 1 liter than the previous day because I had lots of tomato juice. But tomorrow I should increase it..Lets hope that tomorrow also should be a win.

Today went pretty good..Even though I craved for some spicy foods here and there, it was not that worse..Today is completely based on fruits..Since the schedule suggested to take lots of melon based fruits, I took lots of watermelon and cantaloupe in my diet..

This was my menu for today

Breakfast - Large cup of Watermelon and Cantaloupe Shake ( without sugar).

At 11.00 – again a cup of Watermelon and Cantaloupe Shake ( without sugar).

Lunch – 1 big box of cubed watermelon, a small container of seedless grapes

Dinner – a Large cup of Mixed Fruit Juice ( Apple, Orange, Watermelon, Pomegranate), One kiwi sliced

I also took 3 liters of water all over the day.. One thing I should admit is I felt much lighter and fresher today.  Lets hope I feel good tomorrow too..See you all soon..
