GM Diet - Day 4 Update

I was pretty happy yesterday that its given in the schedule, day 4 will go so easily..But man it wasn’t like that..It was so hard for me..Particularly if I should say I craved for chicken and parota so badly..To increase that crazyness, there was so many parota stalls on the sides of the road when I was coming back home from office..The smell of that tempted me so badly…But somehow I controlled my hunger..

Today is a banana and milk day…You can eat upto 8 bananas and drink 3 cups of slim milk..I totally ate 6 banana and drank 1 cup of milk totally. My appetite got very low and I feel so full after eating a small portion itself..Which is a great one..Because low intake, no weight gain..

This was my menu today

Breakfast: 2 banana + 1 cup slim milk(fat free)

Lunch – 2 banana

Dinner – 2 banana

I drank 3 liters of water today..I felt little tired, but nothing too horrible..I feel so much lighter now..Lets see whats going to happen tomorrow.
